File to propose for confirmation of the tax amounts paid in Viet Nam for foreign resident individuals as follows:

The proposal for confirmation of the tax amounts paid in Viet Nam Form No.03/HTQT issued together with Circular No.156/2013/TT-BTC.
Original copy (or notary copy) of residence granted by resident tax authority (clearly stated that the resident individuals belong to what tax periods) consularly legalized. In case, taxpayers have appropriate reason for not giving the resident Certificate at present and pledge to submit to tax authority, tax Department will consider and grant Certificate of the tax paid in Viet Nam.
